Swimming is a competitive sport at MPS with swimmers at the district, state and national levels. In 2012 both males and females were represented at Districts as well as at the PIAA state meet, the result being a number of medals including our fifth state championship medal. MPS swimmers also received state medals in both the menís and womenís 100 yard backstroke and 200 yard medley relays, womenís 50 and 100 yard freestyle and 400 freestyle relay, and the menís 200 yard freestyle. Our home pool is at Behrendís Junker Center.
